The last post was about some ACG interest communities in China (lol), and since I’ve recently discovered a bunch of these webmaster organizations and communities, I figured I’d write a post to round them all up.
”Virtual ICP Filing” Type
Moe ICP
https://icp.gov.moe/join.php, supports .org registration. It’s backed by a whole Moe Community that provides benefits like “Moe Drive” for storage and sharing to its members. After becoming a member, you get a Moe Drive with a whopping 2TB of space, and you can even apply for more space or hot storage based on your needs. This was the first virtual ICP I joined.
Tea ICP
https://icp.redcha.cn/join, supports .org registration. It has a “traveler” feature similar to “Travellings,” which lets you jump between registered sites (the Moe Community above has one too, but it seems to be down lately). I joined this one recently.
Mo ICP & Nuo 3D Alliance & Fanyou ICP
https://www.moicp.cn/, can you believe it doesn’t support the .org top-level domain, the favorite of us great non-profit organizations! https://icp.n3v.cn/id, can you believe it doesn’t support the .org top-level domain, the favorite of us great non-profit organizations! https://icp.snzy.cc/id.php, can you believe it doesn’t support the .org top-level domain, the favorite of us great non-profit organizations! And these three seem to have a mutual registration system, which is pretty interesting. That’s about all I know about them…

Travellings
https://www.travellings.cn/docs/join.html, a blogroll relay. The requirements to join are here. You need to add a small “Travellings” redirect icon to your site. This was the first relay organization of this kind that I joined. I’ve also noticed that this one is indeed quite popular.
Ten Years
https://www.foreverblog.cn/, another well-known blogging organization. The entry requirements are quite strict; your site needs to be at least a year old. So, unfortunately, I can’t join yet. It also has something similar to Travellings called “Shuttle.”
Chinese Independent Blog List
How to submit, it’s just a GitHub list repository. You can add your indie blog by submitting a PR. This lets you pad your resume by saying you’ve contributed to a 20k+ star project (though I have no idea what good that does, haha).
BlogsClub
https://bf.zzxworld.com/, another top-tier non-profit blogging organization with a .org domain.
Other Organizations
https://www.boyouquan.com/home, Boyouquan (Blog Friends Circle). Like Ten Years, you need to have been blogging for a year to join. It also has a shuttle feature similar to Travellings.
https://hi.jiuchan.org/docs, Jiuchan. A project similar to Travellings, called Chunqiu Chan (Spring and Autumn Zen).
https://bf.zzxworld.com/, BlogFinder. This one brings in a decent amount of traffic. It accounts for a noticeable chunk in my Umami analytics backend.
https://bo.ke/, requires logging in with a GitHub or Google account and needs TXT record verification.
https://blogscn.fun/, Biquge Bemoji. It has a pretty interesting feature called Star Map, which lets you visit blogs based on their geographical location. It also has a shuttle function similar to Travellings.
https://blogtalk.org/, another top-tier non-profit blogging organization with a .org domain. I actually just saw this one while writing this post (lol). There are seriously so many of these things.
In Conclusion
There are really so many of these organizations (lol). After all, the features of most of them are pretty simple to replicate. The most complex part is probably the review process. If I find any more organizations in the future and decide to join, I’ll probably document them here too, haha.
